Most projects we do here are silo'd to an individual developer, however sometimes another dev will need to jump in to the project.

Each project will require a project-notes.txt file to be in the root of the repo, where a detailed overview of how the project is put together. This file will include hosting information, general folder set up, how files compile, where the gold-master data is located, etc. The purpose for this detailed overview is so that another dev can work on the project without needing to get this basic info from the lead dev.
