Advanced Custom Fields: Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) is a very powerful WordPress plugin that allows us to create custom field inputs in the WordPress dashboard to make a very easy content editing system for people that do not code.
Digital Ocean: DigitalOcean is a cloud infrastructure provider that offers virtual private servers and other cloud-based services. It is known for its simple and user-friendly platform, which makes it a popular choice among developers and other technical users. SQRD Dev uses Digital Ocean for custom-built API's and other custom code solutions.
Domain Registrar: A company or organization that manages the reservation of internet domain names. A domain name is a unique address that allows people to access a website on the internet. When a person or organization wants to register a domain name, they must go through a domain registrar to check if the name is available and then reserve it for a specific period of time. The domain registrar is responsible for managing the database of all registered domain names and ensuring that each domain name is unique and properly configured to point to the correct website. The most common registrar is GoDaddy.
Formidable Forms Plugin: This is a premium WordPress plugin that allows us to easily create simple and complex forms on websites. It is our preferred way to build forms.
Hubspot: Hubspot is a premier Marketing Automation SaaS. SQRD is a recgonized reseller of Hubspot services, and we contract out to MAVN for all our Hubspot configuration. While very similar to Mautic, Hubspot offers many premium features that several of our clients need. Unlike Mautic, Hubspot is not free and does charge a premium cost for their services.
Mailgun: Mailgun is a paid service we use to more reliably deliver emails and form submission notifications that originate from our websites. TL;DR -> Sending email from a hosting server is rife with problems, so using an SMTP service like Mailgun takes care of all the headaches for us.
Mautic: Mautic is an open source Marketing Automation software that we can self-host and maintain. It's similar to Hubspot or GoHighLevel, but does not have any cost associated with it. We can host as many contacts as we want.
WordPress: WordPress is our de-facto Content Management System for websites and landing pages. It is used on ~50% of all websites online, and has a robust support and development community. WordPress is free to download and use.
WordPress Plugins: WordPress plugins extend the capabilities of WordPress beyond the core product. Since WordPress is used on so many websites, there is pretty much a plugin for everything under the sun - forms, booking software, code injection, chatbots… the list is endless. Many are free, but the good ones cost money.
WP Engine: WP Engine is a managed WordPress hosting provider that offers a range of hosting and site management tools for WordPress users. The company offers a variety of hosting plans to suit different needs, as well as a suite of tools and services to help users manage and optimize their WordPress sites. WP Engine is known for its focus on speed, security, and customer support, making it a popular choice among WordPress users and developers. The company is headquartered in Austin, Texas.

Zapier: This is a paid service that we use for many different clients and scenarios. To put it simply, Zapier is the middle-man that allows us to connect two different SaaS services we pay for that do not usually communicate with eachother. Zapier is much faster than having to build a custom API to get the services to work together.
