Estimate: Landing Pages

All landing pages are hosted in a sub-domain separate from the main website, hosted by SQRD. This allows us to react and build much more quickly in a system that we have total control over.

There are 3 types of deliverables for landing pages: HTML, WordPress, Hubspot.

WordPress

WordPress is the preferred platform for building Landing Pages. Dev has (will) work alongside design to create 5-10 industry and service specific landing page templates that all clients will use; the designs will be branding agnostic and will be built ready for logo, font, and color swap.

The Landing Pages will also be built and optimized for use on Google Optimizer. This will allow Paid to quickly iterate and perform A/B tests.

All form collection will be via the Formidable Forms plugin (using Zapier to submit to CMS), or a native CMS form embedded on the website.

Time to Build:

Once the templates have been created and built, deployment can be quick - usually 1 day. Complicated CMS integrations can extend that delivery timeline.

Required Services

HTML Pages

HTML pages are the quickest to implement and the fastest performing pages. They do not rely on any database or very complicated server-side code to run.

These pages more often than not use an embedded Hubspot form to collect leads. Because of this, heavy customization of the form is not really possible; we're limited to whatever Hubspot can do. This means no multi-step or forms with any conditional logic.

Time to Build:

Approximately 1 Day for an average design.

Mautic

Mautic is new for us, and we're still learning what it's capable of and how easy it is to work with, but so far building landing pages inside Mautic is promising. This may become the preferred place to build landing pages in the future.

Hubspot

SQRD Dev is not creating Hubspot landing pages at this time. We're far more efficient and effective in HTML and WordPress; Hubspot isn't nearly as robust as our systems nor as quick and easy to deploy.

Domain Setup

All landing pages are hosted on a Digital Ocean droplet. Clients will need to update their chose URL DNS records to the following rules, or grant SQRD access to their domain registrar.

A Record
subdomain. // 1.1.1.1
CName Record
www.subdomain. // subdomain.

For SSL, both values are required. If SSL is not needed, only the A Record is required.
