Client Onboarding

Ideally, we end up getting all the logins the client has for anything that is marketing related. Below is the minimum ideal login information:

Domain Registrar

This is where they would have registered their domain name(s). Usually a service like GoDaddy, or Namecheap. They can either provide us the login, or, grant access for us to manage their domains from our own SQRD accounts. We can do this for them.

Site Hosting

Where their website is hosted - this could be anywhere, honestly. GoDaddy, WP Engine, Self-hosted, etc. We'll need to be able to access files on their server.

Website Logins

Is there site built in WordPress? We'll need a username and password for the Dashboard, whether it is the one they use, or one they create for us. If they have a Shopify site, it would be good for them to grant access to our clientadmin@sqrdmedia.com Shopify account.
